Detailed Narrative Description of Project
By the end of the workshop, the participants were equipped with the necessary project management skills to successfully implement social development projects. In this workshop each participant was required to bring a project proposal that was to be implemented. If such a proposal was not available, on which implementation had already started was to be bought to the workshop. This was essential, since the workshop strategy depended upon step by step learning starting from a project proposal.
